Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Must be returned in the original packaging, with tags attached

How to Request a Return

Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

DOTTED Project is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item received. We will take care of it as quickly as possible.
