How to Buy

1) Sign in (optional)

  • Click “login & register” in the top bar. You can sign in with your email—no password—Dotted will email you a verification code. 

2) Browse products

3) Open a product & choose options

  • On the product page, select the available colour/size (where applicable) and review the description. If an item is sold out, use “Notify Me When Available.” You can also Ask a Question from the product page. 

4) Add to cart

  • Click Add to cart. Your cart (top-right) shows the running total in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). D

5) Checkout

  1. Open Cart and proceed to Checkout.

  2. Enter your shipping address and contact details.

  3. Choose a shipping option (rates are calculated at checkout). 

  4. Choose a payment method. Dotted accepts Visa / Mastercard and local gateways via eGHL (including Touch ’n Go eWallet). 

Tip: If you have a discount code, apply it on the checkout page before paying (standard Shopify flow).

6) Order confirmation & tracking

  • You’ll get an order confirmation email after payment.

  • When your parcel ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (allow 24–48h for tracking to update after courier pickup). Dotted Project

  • Typical delivery times once shipped: West MY 1–3 business days, East MY 3–7 business days; international 5–14+ business days (customs may vary timelines). Dotted Project

Quick troubleshooting

  • Can’t sign in? Check your inbox (and spam) for the verification code from the login flow. Dotted Project

  • Payment declined? Try a different method (e.g., card ↔︎ eGHL / TNG), confirm billing details, or try again later. Dotted Project

  • Item out of stock? Hit “Notify Me When Available” on the product page. Dotted Project
